In this document, "jaiya 9", "platform", "services" or "we" refers to the website https://jaiya-9.cam and all associated digital services. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who is registered on the platform or browses it without registration.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users who reside in Bangladesh or access the platform from Bangladesh. If a person accesses the platform from a region or country where online gaming or betting services are legally prohibited, that user bears full responsibility.

If any provision of this document is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms remain fully in effect. Sub-terms, game-specific rules, and bonus-related conditions are considered part of this main document.

Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, the amount will be returned and the account will be subject to investigation. jaiya 9 reserves the right to impose deposit limits or place a transaction on hold under certain circumstances. This is typically done due to unusual transaction patterns or for security verification purposes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.

Before withdrawing, confirm that your identity verification is complete and that no bonus wagering requirement is still pending — amounts tied to an unmet wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are described in detail in Section 6 below.

Withdrawals may be delayed due to bank holidays, national holidays, or technical issues. In such situations, jaiya 9 will make every effort to complete the transaction as quickly as possible.

5.1 Circumstances for Withdrawal Cancellation

A withdrawal request may be cancelled or placed on hold in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification is incomplete
• Unusual activity is suspected on the account
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• The payment details provided cannot be verified

jaiya 9 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.

Wagering requirement: the bonus amount received must be wagered 10 times. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,000 and you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before withdrawing. Alternatively, if you deposit ৳20,200 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, your total balance will be ৳30,200 and the wagering required is ৳10,000 × 10 = ৳1,00,000.

Bonuses may only be used on designated games. Some games do not contribute to bonus wagering — this will be stated in the game-specific terms. If there is insufficient real money in the account after a bonus is received, bets will be placed from the bonus balance.

6.1 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts
• Depositing using another person's payment account
• Attempting to meet bonus conditions through fraudulent means
• Breaching any applicable terms and conditions

7.1 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, or any other sport, event results are confirmed from third-party sources. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally returned. For determining results of incomplete matches, the relevant sport's international rules are followed.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the jaiya 9 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems
• Using another person's account or selling an account
• Following a planned betting strategy for the purpose of abusing bonuses
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Harassing or defrauding other users

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately, the full balance will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

jaiya 9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to provide identity verification documents or providing false information
• Unusual or suspicious transactions
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Security-related reasons

Users may also request account closure at any time. The real money balance (not bonuses) in the account at the time of the request will be returned after verification.

jaiya 9 is not responsible for financial losses arising from a user's betting or gaming. Gaming and betting carry financial risk by nature, and the decision to participate is entirely the user's own. jaiya 9's liability is limited if a game session is affected by loss of internet connection, device failure, or technical issues on the part of a third party.
